To enroll at ELS you must return the following to our office:

1. •ELS Registration and Student Information Form with Tuition Payment preference section signed and dated.
   

2. •$50 nonrefundable application fee per child ($100 per family).
   

3. •Student’s complete permanent file from his or her previous school, immunization record and health forms.
   

4. •Copy of child’s birth certificate (new students only).
